Two new Awards instituted by STOX

1. Dr. TP. Suresh Endowment award (One)

Starting from 2009, STOX has introduced another endowment annual award named as Dr.T.P. Suresh Endowment Award for significant contribution in the field of Regulatory Studies / and or GLP Compliance in R and D. The award will be given to Indian National for their contribution in the field of Regulatory Studies in Toxicology/Analytical Chemistry, Environmental fate studies and Good Laboratory (GLP) compliance.

It will carry a medal and scroll to be given at the annual conference of STOX every year. Minimum of 10 years contribution in the field is mandatory for the consideration to this award. The decision of STOX Committee for the award will be final.

Head of the Institution can recommend the nomination for the award.

Filled in form along with curriculum vitae can be sent directly to the Secretary General or President of the Society either as hard copy or a soft copy by e mail.

The application (s) must be received by 31st July.

2. Southern Tier Cancer Centre, USA Student Travel award: (One)

Eligibility
Young scientists who would like to present their findings as oral or poster presentation are eligible to apply for this fellowship / grant to participate in the annual conference of STOX. The eligibility for the award shall be any young scientist below the age of 35 years as on 30th May of each year. The candidate(s) should submit application containing brief bio data, supportive evidence of age and full text of their accepted abstract (full paper) directly to the President/ Secretary General, STOX, India on or before 30th August every year.
